Vijay is a Group Executive Director & Founder for Ensoft Group of Companies who has been established as an Successful Entrepreneur for over 13 years since he founded Ensoft Group. He is based out of Singapore and managing over thirty companies across 12 countries. He is one of the founders and backbone of 5-Rays. Since the inception of 5-Rays, Vijay is directing the overall growth of 5-Rays across the globe and currently working towards establishing 5-Rays presence and operations in various geographies.

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in International Marketing, Advertising, Sales Management, Consumer Behaviour and Marketing Research with 2nd Rank from Acharya Nagarjuna University.

He has successfully started EnSoft group of companies in the year 2007 which are into providing IT Support Services and Human Resources Outsourcing which started with one man show and today risen to a staff strength of 268 with presence in 12 countries. Overall he has 22 years of experience in HR IT Operations, Recruitment, Outsourcing, Global Mobility, Relocation & Destination Services, IT Solution Consulting & Services and Biological and Pharmaceutical Industries.

Raghavendra is one of the Directors and CO-Founders of 5-Rays who is currently responsible for Business Development and Client Acquisitions at 5-Rays. He is also responsible for establishing and managing strategic relationships with partners across the globe. He has brought several key customers to 5-Rays along with designing and setting up the effective and profitable services.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Tourism Administration from Bangalore University. Prior to 5-Rays, he worked for a Top IT Companies and France based leading Global Relocation Company where he was responsible for managing various immigration processes and establishing and maintaining effective client relationships.

He has rich experience of over 12 years in the field of Immigration, Global Mobility, Relocation & Destination Services, Global Payroll for various countries along with Customer Relations, Sales and Business Development.

Guruprasad is one of the Directors and CO-Founders of 5-Rays who is currently responsible for setting up and managing the Business Operations and Client Relationships at 5-Rays. He is also responsible for managing Employee Relationships and Financial aspects of the company.

He has been instrumental in analysing and designing business plans and setting up various business processes and teams. He holds a Master of Business Administration Degree in Human Resources from Bharathidasan University. Prior to 5-Rays, he worked for top IT companies in the world and US based largest and leading immigration firm where he managed various successful projects and high performing teams.

He has rich experience of over 16 years in the field of Immigration and Mobility processes for various countries along with Compliance Management, Process Management, Program Management, Operations Management, Customer Services, Team Management, Transitions, Strategic Planning, Policy Implementation and Quality Management.
